aa_lang) and the dismissal timestamp for our promotional popup (keyaa_deal_dismissed_until) on your device. These are used for security and troubleshooting only.
- Analytics: if and when we enable Google Analytics or a similar tool, we will update this policy.
2. How we use your information

- To schedule, perform, and invoice for vehicle repair work.

3. Who we share information with
- Service providers: our web host (Hostinger), email provider, and payment processor when you pay by card. They process data on our behalf and only for the purpose we hire them for.
- Parts suppliers: we may share your vehicle VIN or part numbers with NAPA, AutoZone, or OEM dealers to order the right parts.
- Legal requirements: when required by valid subpoena, court order, or applicable law.

- Booking inquiries that don't become customers: 12 months.
- Customer service records: 7 years (Arizona tax and warranty law).
- Email correspondence: 3 years unless deleted on request.

- Correction: ask us to fix any inaccuracy.

6. Security
We use HTTPS for our website, store digital records on access-controlled systems, and shred paper records when no longer needed. No method of transmission is 100% secure; if you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for 30 days.
